Why Tejas

Fourteen years. Hundreds of customers. One market.

We didn't build Tejas Technologies to compete with the internet. We built it because businesses in Nepal deserve infrastructure that works for them - built here, supported here, priced for here.

Local by design

Not adapted from somewhere else.

International cloud providers are excellent at many things. Billing in USD is one of them. Understanding the realities of running a business in Nepal is not. Tejas Technologies was built from the ground up for this market. Our infrastructure is in Nepal. Our team is in Nepal. When you call us, you reach someone who knows your name.

Your data stays in Nepal.

Everything you host with Tejas - your VMs, your backups, your business data - stays within Nepal. No international routing, no foreign jurisdiction, no ambiguity about where your data lives or who has access to it.

Enterprise infrastructure at a scale that makes sense.

The infrastructure powering Tejas Technologies is enterprise-grade - the kind used by large organisations. The virtualisation, storage, networking, and security are all production-class. The difference is you don't need to buy it, maintain it, or replace it. We do that.

A Tier II data centre. What that means.

A Tier II facility provides redundant power feeds and redundant cooling systems - so a single component failure doesn't take your services offline. It also means physical security, environmental controls, and professional facility management. It is a meaningful step above a standard server room, and it's where your infrastructure lives.

Security is not an add-on.

Network protection - including traffic segmentation, intrusion detection and prevention, and malware filtering - is active by default for every customer on every tier. You don't have to ask for it or pay extra for it.

Our people

We have been here before.

Our team has designed, deployed, and supported infrastructure for businesses across Nepal for over fourteen years. That experience informs every decision we make - from how we architect the platform to how we respond at 11pm when something goes wrong.

We are not a startup learning on your systems. We are a team that has seen what works, what fails, and what businesses in Nepal actually need from their technology partners.

Tejas Technologies is the next chapter of that work - taking the infrastructure we've built and managed for individual clients and making it available as a shared, professionally managed service.

Honesty

What we won't do.

This section is unusual for a company website. We include it because we think being specific about our commitments - including the ones that cost us something - matters more than generic promises.

We won't oversell you.

If a smaller plan meets your needs, we'll tell you. Our long-term interest is in customers who stay, not customers who overpay and leave.

We won't hide behind tickets.

Our support is people, not queues. When something is urgent, it gets treated as urgent - not filtered through a ticketing system that doesn't know the difference.

We won't lock you in.

We would rather keep your business by being good at what we do. If you ever need to move, we'll help you do it cleanly.

We won't pretend DR is backup.

They are different things with very different recovery times. We'll explain the difference clearly and help you choose what your business actually needs - not what sounds impressive.

We won't surprise you with costs.

Your quote is your cost. If something changes, we tell you before it shows up on an invoice.

Support

When we're available.
And what that actually means.

We'll tell you upfront what "urgent" means so there's no ambiguity when it matters.

Standard hours

Sunday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM NPT. Our full team is available - phone, email, and messaging. Any issue, any question, any tier.

Outside standard hours

Urgent issues - service down, data loss risk, security events - reach a real person any time. Non-urgent requests are handled the next business day. We define "urgent" with you during onboarding so there's no grey area.

Sounds like the right fit?

Let's have a conversation. No sales pressure - just an honest discussion about what you need.
